Please do note our following grooming notes......

1) We do not accept dogs / cats with ticks, fleas; if uninformed, we will return your pet immediately and a double charge of the grooming session will be imposed.
Please kindly understand that we are also responsible for other pets' welfare.

2) Please understand that playing and grooming are two very different concepts to a pet. Please inform us if your pet has got rather aggressive in previous grooming sessions. Although we try our best to finish your grooming session, kindly understand that we might not be able to fulfill all your grooming requirements, if your pet becomes aggressive in the course of the session.
